Terms and Conditions

ALLERGY ALERT

There may be traces of nuts, soy, wheat, dairy or other allergens since we prepare all foods in the same kitchen. If you have any severe allergies please discuss them with our nutritionist before you order to ensure our meals are safe for you to consume.

Ordering

Orders for Nutritionally Supported Fast need to be processed and paid for by 5pm Friday evening for delivery the next Monday. If you are paying by bank transfer then please email confirmation of the transfer to: helen@healthfoodevolution.com.au to ensure your order will be scheduled.

The food you will receive is developed by a nutritionist and prepared by a chef. Each meal is portion controlled and macronutrient balanced to ensure you are eating at least 5 serves of vegetables a day.
 

Delivery

Nutritionally Supported Fast will be delivered on Mondays. Currently we deliver to Maroondah and Knox council areas. Although we are unable to give an exact time we endeavour to deliver in the afternoon between 3 & 6pm. If you have indicated that you will not be home to receive your delivery will be packed in a polystyrene box or insulated bag with ice packs, and can be safely left in a shady area for up to 4 hours. 

Pickup

When ordering from outside our delivery area** you can opt to pick up your meals. To ensure the freshest food is provided we require meals to be picked from 5pm on Monday.. Please contact us to arrange a time if you are picking up.

**NOTE: Health Food Evolution is not responsible for arranging deliveries outside our stated delivery area. If you do not live in our delivery area and still opt to order, you are solely responsible for the collection of meals. We do have a contract service that may be able to deliver to you, but all associated costs will be borne by you and must be paid to our contractor prior to delivery.

Collection of personal information

When inquiring or ordering from Health Food Evolution we will need to collect personal information about you such as:

  • Your full name

  • Home or business address for deliveries

  • Email address for billing and correspondence

  • Your gender, age, height and weight

  • Work and exercise commitments

  • Your health goals (or reasons for trying our meal plans)

  • Personal information such as address and phone number may be disclosed to agents or contractors such as delivery drivers.

 

Health Food Evolution will only collect information that is voluntarily provided by our customers. From time to time a representative from Health Food Evolution may need to contact you in relation to your Nutritionally Supported Fast. Occasionally Health Food Evolution may email you with new menu items, promotions or other information that may be of value. You can opt out of email update any time.

Substitutions

The Nutritionally Supported Fast menu is planned seasonally. If there is anything you are unable to eat the meals for that entire day will be omitted and replace with a repeat of another days meals. 

 

Refusal to supply

Health Food Evolution reserves the right to refuse to supply our Nutritionally Supported Fast under any circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Payment defaults

  • If we have been unable to obtain confirmation from your doctor if a rapid change in diet may be detrimental to your health.

  • If you have a severe allergy that Health Food Evolutions kitchen is unable to cater for.

 

Terms and conditions may be amended if our business or the law requires. Any amendments will be updated on this site.
