Then book an in-home consultation with our nutritionist. Tell us what everyone likes and we'll provide you with menu and meal preparation tips AND 10 tailored recipes that your whole family will enjoy. You will need to purchase ingredients that everyone in your family will eat. Then we just need a clean area to prepare food, some cooking equipment, and 3 hours to show you how to safely prepare ingredients and answer all your questions.
